If you cancel your booking less than 9 months and more than 3 months before the event starts, your nonrefundable deposit of $250 or $500 becomes non-transferable and is forfeited. Additional payments made, minus any non-refundable amounts paid to third parties in anticipation of the event, may not be transferred. Any refund issued will be subject to a 10%–30% administrative fee.
Infinite Getaway™ may provide online appointment-scheduling services that allow users to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments through our website.
Appointment availability is subject to the schedules and availability displayed through our appointment-scheduling system. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability unless the appointment has been confirmed.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when scheduling an appointment. Infinite Getaway™ may contact you regarding your appointment, including for confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, or cancellations.
